Whistleblowing process

Resolution Games is committed to ethical business conduct of the highest order. We have a whistleblowing procedure where you can report observations that relate to conduct that is considered unethical, illegal and/or contrary to our values and way of working. Our whistleblowing procedures are conducted in accordance with EU and Swedish regulations.

What to write in a report?

For the best possible investigation, we ask that you provide as many and specific details as you can. You do not have to leave any personal or identifying details whatsoever.

  • The name and title (if possible) of the person you suspect
  • Whistleblower(s) information (Voluntary). Your name and/or any contact details for confirmation of your report, follow-up etc.

Information to help our investigation:

  • What was the misconduct/improper activity that has occurred/or you suspect to happen?
  • Who committed/is suspected to commit it?
  • Where and when did/will it happen?
  • Is there any evidence you could provide?
  • Are there any other parties involved than the suspect stated above?
  • Do you have any other details, comments, or information that would assist us in the investigation?
  • Were/are there any witnesses you can provide to help our investigation?
  • Do you swear that the information given here is reported in good faith?
  • Date of report
  • Signature at the bottom (voluntary)
