Within our Department of Game Design and Player Research, we have specialists in Game Design, User Experience Design and User Experience Research.
As a designer at Resolution Games your job is to solve design problems in the day to day development. You will also document and communicate the vision and design of the game. It is up to the designer to align game vision with the project managers and stakeholders.
We are a small-ish studio, so this means not just bringing your own ideas to the table but also having the ability to hear everyone else out. All to ultimately create the most high-quality gameplay we can.
At Resolution Games, we do a lot of experimenting with new platforms and technologies. We are setting the standards for what VR/AR games could be. This involves balancing games to find the fun. At Resolution Games we work in small teams and we are very autonomous. Here you will be one of the first people to explore new and secret technology. You could be the one to make/find the Super Mario of VR and AR!
