The Data Analytics team is the team that creates data-driven insights from our games in the form of analyses, dashboards, or small simulations or regression and prediction models.

One goal is to monitor whether our games are working as intended. When unexpected issues arise, we try to figure out where and why something is going wrong. The other goal is to better understand our players’ behavior and see what works well in the games and what might be improvable.

It is important to us to work very closely with the development teams and to ask the right questions early in order to be able to answer them as soon as the game is live to improve our players’ experience and make the games even more fun.
