Resolution Games is a VR / AR studio focused on creating immersive experiences for all - from gamers to non-gamers alike. We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join our Operations team.

About the role

In the role as Financial Controller you will work with a wide range of financial tasks in a fast-paced scale-up. You will be responsible for creating monthly, quarterly and annual reports. The role also includes treasury, financial analysis, ad hoc business case tasks, and potential M&A responsibilities. The company and the market is in a rapid growth stage and one day is not like the next one. You will be a part of Resolution’s small-knitted, very ambitious, and closely collaborating operations team that includes Finance, Legal, and P&C. In this role you will have the opportunity to have a great impact and a steep learning curve.

What you´ll do

• Conduct Monthly closing, Management Reporting and analysis to Management and Shareholders

• Handle KPIs, P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow in reporting, forecasting and budgeting

• Cash flow management

• Continuously improve financial - and business processes and systems in terms of quality, time and costs

• Steer the external accountants in Sweden and in the US entity

• Collaborate with auditors on year end closing

Requirements

• Academic degree within the area of Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar

• Around 5+ years of work experience in relevant role

• Excellent excel skills

• Fluent in English and Swedish

Nice to have

• Tax and transfer pricing experience

• Experience working with stock option program

• Previous work experience from a VC or PE backed-company
