The Quality Assurance team at Resolution Games supports the game teams through defining and documenting quality processes, planning and executing tests, communicating the health of features and builds, and sharing knowledge on testing methodologies.
As we are involved in a range of projects, we can more easily identify features prone to breaking, recurring issues and production bottlenecks. Being able to find these patterns allows us to escalate these issues to the game teams, design tests that will make it possible to detect the issues early and develop processes that will prevent those issues from happening again. Such improvements benefit the entire team, because they ultimately result in increased productivity and better working conditions. We firmly believe there is much more to QA than testing.
Working within the QA team at Resolution Games means you will have to master a wide range of devices and software, get a solid understanding of a number of diverse games and processes and be able to communicate efficiently.
